Osborns is my "go to" vehicle repair place. I walked in with a list of items to service or repair. They not only completed the service and repairs but also found and repaired a major safety problem that I had not noticed. Outstanding, professional, dependable vehicle service.

Great service

Just got back in town after being gone way too long to find that my X5 did not have a charge. Called AAA only to find out that the battery was done. AAA was able to give it one last charge so I called the dealership and was quoted between $800 and $850. YIKES! My mechanic retired so I called around and found Osborn's. Jaime was great! She said to bring it down and I did. My vehicle was ready in a few hours and at half the price of the dealership. It was a great experience considering it was a not so great surprise!

I just had a lot of work done on my 2008 Audi A4 and, while expensive, the work was done efficiently and on time including a need for a quick follow-up fix. I can certainly recommend Osborn's as the go to place to have your car serviced.

I was very pleased by the attention to detail, the fact that they listened and were responsive. Great customer service. I had a long time intermittent problem with my Audi. We went to 2 different Audi dealerships multiple times over several years and they were unable to diagnose or fix the problem. Although it's only been a month, the problem appears to have finally been fixed. Thank you Osborn's
