as usual Osbornes Automotive went above and beyond my expectations. Penske Cadillac told me my onboard computer or ECM needed replacing because of a bad battery cell. They said that my traction control could not be diagnosed until the Ecm was replaced. Osbornes fixed that and several other things for less than the estimate. They reflashed the ECM and all of my problems vanished. They are honest, reasonable and return your vehicle when they say they will.

As always, service was great albeit shocking , in this case. We were told of a major problem on a 2 year old car!. Found out it was a manufacturers problem they are having with Kia Souls.
